    This is my old account, I still have full access to it however I no longer use it, I would like to if possible have the related player data moved to a new account, is that possible to do so I don't have to restart from the beginning all over again?

    If you are talking about the forums account, I don't understand.
    If you are talking about in game, no, only ranks can be transferred if you have proof of purchase

    They are most likely talking about the minecraft account.
    No, you can't transfer playerdata - only store purchases (if you have proof that you bought it)
