Mythics From These?

Hey my friend was telling me that magma entities by frozen heights don't drop mythics anymore. Is this true? Is there a patch about it because if there is I would like a link to it, thank you!

 

I'm fairly certain any mob can drop a mythic if they're in the right level range.

 

Why wouldn't they drop it?
They are regular mobs though, and their cave is just a not so good grinding spot
Their level is about right to drop at least some of the Mythics.

Do you know the best place to grind for them? I know I am changing the subject but ive been grinding for hours each day and I would take anything that is a better chance of finding one (I know it's super low but anything helps).

 

Depends on the mythic.

 

There's no really certain places that are 100% going to give you a mythic. Some guys still didn't find any, and they have 10x 101 levels, only bought them.
But... Upper Freezing Heights, Demon cave. Upper FH for the smaller level ones, Demon cave for the bigger level ones. Az, Archangel and Pure can be found in Herb Cave or Temple of Legends. Loot runs around molten heights, but luck is a bitch and you can find a mythic when you'll kill the damn Elven Merchant in the Rodoroc city or in a random T1 chest.

 

I'm pretty sure if you want to farm mythics you go to a mob with the similar level as the Mythic you want and make sure the area has a high spawn rate. Mobs don't just "drop mythics more" I believe. Your friend definetily is wrong about the area not dropping mythics, we can't make mobs just not drop mythics.

when i was grinding at herb cave i got a mythic from a mob drop...pure...:P

For mobs, near geyser pit, for loot runs, sky islands.

 

Frozen heights is good for mid tier mythics still (majority) 80-95
While high tier Ines are more common in corkus and the sky islands 95-100
And the low tier (but who would care?) pure,archangel can be gotten from tol 65-73
