Mob Totems?

So I mainly use mob totems for item grinding and today I was using it on snail island.
But when I used it, the mobs from the totem didn't give the xps. The loot was coming out fine and I checked if my guild xp was 100 but it was 10.
I also thought my lvl(105) was too high to get xp(sky snails are 95) but when I grinded the mobs that weren't from the totems they gave the xp just fine.
It also happened when I was grinding xp at a grinding spot near aldorei(70+) with my 77 shaman.
The other mobs were fine but the Leaf scrap mob didn't yield any xp when defeated.
Was there any patch to this that I didnt know?

 

if you stand outside of the range of the mob totem and kill a mob that spawned from the mob totem, you dont get any xp

 

That explains the shaman stuff but I dont get why my warrior had the same thing on snail grinding too
Welp I'll keep that in mind

 

I dont think this is the problem since its the same for me, with totem im killing level 5 mobs at level 13 and i get 0 xp. I grinded in the same spot a week ago at level 15 and i still got around 30-50 xp so it must be a bug with the recent hotfix

 

Yeah I just tried out again with my warrior who just cant get out of the totem range and it still didnt give me any xp
