If lvl 88-92 is inclusive (items will be 88, 89, 90, 91, and 92) what items will the level range 92-96 have? What about 84-88?

 

The reason this is wrong is simply put, then we could never get lvl 100 items that require identification if this were true. Its actually that lvl 88-92 items give 89-92 items.
