Basically, this is a game copied from a friend on the "Grian Network Forums"

Hello and welcome to mafia! This is the first round, and therefore will be a classic match of mafia. As in only Town, Doctor, Detective, and Mafia.

So how is Mafia played? A Storyteller (AKA moderator or god), gives roles to a group of players. There are two main teams, the Town (a uninformed majority), versus the Mafia (a informed minority). The mafia know who each other are. The goal of the town is to find and lynch all the mafia, while the Mafia's job is to kill everyone else.

Here's how that works. There are two main stages to mafia, the day stage, and the night stage. during the day, everyone in the game debates, trying to figure out who is mafia and who is not. There are two or more accusations per day, and then everyone in the town votes on which of the accused they think is the mafia. The person with the most votes against is "lynched" (out of the game), and reveals their role. Then everyone "goes to sleep" and the night phase begins. In the night phase, the mafia chooses one person to kill, and the special town roles also do their action. The mafia will be in a separate group conversation together, and will decide together who to kill. The next day, I will announce who was killed, and then the cycle starts again until one team wins.

THIS ROUNDS ROLES:
- Villager: the most common role, you have no night ability. Your goal is to lynch the mafia.

- Mafia: You and other mafia members kill one person each night. Your goal is to kill all of the town.

- Doctor: you choose one person to "save" each night. If the mafia tries to attack them, they do not die. You can save yourself. Your goal is to lynch the mafia.

- Detective: you "investigate" one person a night, and the storyteller (me) tells you if they are mafia or not. Your goal is to lynch the mafia.

Remember, keep your roles secret, and trust no-one. Your best friend might just stab you in the back.

This game is also known as "Werewolf" which is the original version of it :)
It is a fantastic game honestly ;)

 

Little different rules, but still amazing.
