Assassin/Ninja Help Lvl 100 Assassin Build

Looking for a nice build with the ability to spell spam and deal a heck ton of damage with a bit of self-sustain for survivability. No Li, Mythics, or items above 100.

I do have the Black dagger and may take a build for it as well if possible. Same limitations apply.

It's a little roll reliant depending on your mana consumption so you could swap out Cancer for Sparkweaver (Qira Hive fire) and/or Tenuto for Eyes on All which you can get by running Nest of the Grootslangs a few times.
