Mage/Dark Wizard Level 90 Mage Build?

Looking for a good spell spamming mage build, particularly good meteor damage. Some people have suggested replacing ethereal with judas and keeping morph some suggest replacing the morph with new sets so I'm kinda stuck.

dragon's eye bracelet
morph-ruby

I've heard I shouldn't melee with judas because it'll take health? Correct me if I'm wrong
