Mage/Dark Wizard Help Level 100 Build

Hello!, my name is Ethan and I need help!. You see I'm a level 97 mage and looking for a build for all my wishes also called "End Game" Gear.

I'm looking for a full Water-Earth + Poison Level 100 Mage Build (Poison is for PVE not PVP so don't worry).
By full-on I mean full accessories, armour and wand/s.

My master of the unknown @Bloww gave me a (not full) build containing:
Pisces
Azurite (I have)
Marsh Waders (I have)
Gaea Hevan Boots (Hive, did not use my master token yet)
Pass Band (I had and then I lost it)
Yggdrasil

I also got a pretty decent Acid ring, a good Planet Healer and Ensa's Failure. If anyone can help me and provide me a good full-on build, I would very appreciate it.
