   I am a DarkWizard on Lvl 45 and I am looking for a legendary
   chestplate for Lvl. 49 called "Sawdust".
   Speed min should be 8 %.
   Thors min should be 7 %.
   Spell Dam min should be 40 %.
   I will pay 1 1/2 LE. It is a fair prize.
   If Speed and another stat is maxed out I will pay 2 LE.
