I recommend this build. I used a familiar one (crafted) with great succes in raids. 11k Time Rift Meteor, 18k with Curse (100% upkeep), balanced well between tanky (55-60k eHP) and damage, does not move like a slug and Curador Boots cancel the negative Lifesteal a bit, which can be annoying when you hit many mobs while you are low, forgot to heal and are under pressure:

Keep in mind that you can GREATLY buff the damage of these builds with Dexterity and Strength potions. As an example, using a 71 Dexterity and Strength + 1 Curse in the Recommended Build makes you able to hit 30K+ Meteor's.

Tip for TCC with any (Mage) build using Time Rift Curse stacking: Pick Poison, Curse greatly enhances the Poison ticks and the strength helps alot too!


As you can see, it all contains Time Rift, except the "skillpoints"version. It's the only way to make DPS Mage somewhat viable.

T6 powder is on purpose, you'll be happy to have SOME lightning damage vs TCC eyes. Swap to W6F6W6 for NoL or go full Water if you prefer this.
