Mage/Dark Wizard Help Int Def Mage

So this is probably gonna be hard or impossible to actually do but I want to see what I can get with it. Basically imo INT+DEF is the theoretical best skill combo for spamming heal because damage reduction means you can lose health slowly and then heal it quickly. So I want to see if I can get a build with high Health and high mana regen. I don't care about HP regen so if an item's main use is having it I probably won't want it.

So far what I've got is:
Helmet - Third Eye or Qira helm
Chest - Hetusol
Pants - dark channeler
Boots - Memento

Ring - ???
Ring - ???
Brace - Maybe Squid Anklet
Necklace - Royal Stormy

Weapon - Antipode or Requiem

 

maybe try to get 2 prisms in there and remove the high sp cost crap like aqua

 

What's prism do that's good for this? Looks like it eats a ton of skill points just for some elemental defense.

I'd prefer to have decent elemental defense with this but I'm not going for anything crazy. Thunder defense will probably be inevitably rip. And I think I'm gonna go Hetusol over Aquarius due to it having a lot more health. Not completely sure on that tho.

 

I'd take it especially because of aqua's high int requirement

 

Steamstone would be good for this

 

Isn't as good as just using Vaward... Less health and even more rip thunder defense for very small stat boosts.

I was looking at The Gambler... Those elemental defenses and the HP boost look very nice if I could get a really good one. Is there a better HP ring than it?

If no gambler, use the Rings of Generosity for hp or Prism for defs, they are quite noice.

While Hetusol is my favorite item, its major problem is the negative defenses, so Chef Hamsey's is a good compromise if the defenses are really too dangerous. (its fire/water with 3/4 mana regen, no skill req, no negative defs, and some extra stuff)

 

for the rings, why not concentration x2 or myrrh x2

 

Might go concentration. Not a lot of great rings for this build unfortunately. Can Myrrh get 2/4 or nah?

Yeah I'll go concentration over it then the -150 hp on Myrrh is also pretty rip not really worth the 5% spell

 

I just like Myrrh because it was so much easier to obtain.

 

I've got Third Eye, Hetusol, Memento. I'm thinking Vaward for legs just cause it has a nice amount of health with no downsides. Still not sure about accessories other than Squid Anklet most likely staying.

 

you should really use the Anima Infused Helmet tbh
another option is Seipodon instead of Vaward for more mr
and maybe 1 coral ring and 1 concentration? dunno
