Mage/Dark Wizard Improve This Build Pls

I have a pretty ghetto build. I was wondering how I could improve it. Or if I need a complete build overhaul (Once I hit lvl 99 I will buy a Vaward) (I also haven't finished Qira or done any LI runs but I can do those in the future so keep that in mind) Here it is

And please try to suggest a build that still uses some of these items please. (Mostly Aquarius, somewhat third eye and memento. Don't care too much about everything else) Build preferance solo LI and Qira. Elemental tank or spell spam that can change between raw and % on the fly w/o changing resetting SP.

also I would suggest you 2 LI runs and buy hydro neck use it instead of Runic Coin then make sure you have 129int (when you'll use Vaward though(replace reminder with concentration if you have enough budget and still make sure you have 129int).
Optional to not be really glassy you can use Gaea-Hewn Boots because IMO you have too much mana right there, you will still have 13 mana regen and 129 intelligence (which is almost infinity spell spam).

Thx mate could u give me a lower budget option for rings as I only have 32 LE rn and what weapon?

Summa gives +2/4 but negative water damage.
Concentration which is an option but you don't have budget gives +2/4 but negative spell damage.
Raindrop gives +2/4 but negative melee and negative spell but good water damage. (int).
You can choose one of the answers.
Weapon can be infused hive wand with 5 T6 water powders if you have enough hive classes that are ready.
Lunar spine can be. Some agility, intelligence and +2/4.
Requiem can be. Some intelligence, insane damage, +2/4.
Ethereal can be. Some spell damage, insane damage, +3/4, some agility, some intelligence.

I'd use Requiem and if I had 32LE to spend I'd use Moon pools.

P.S: Get Moon Pool from Hive Water Merchant.

+1/4 and some water damage, I didn't think about it, right, but I have thought it would be a problem for you to run LI.

You could use my build that is tankish with 129intelligence and 7/4 mana regen.

Morph SD (2/4 mana 4int)
Hive chestplate
Vaward (7int, good melee % and good spell %)
Hive boots
Diamond Hydro Ring
Prism (4 int)
Diamond Fusion Bracelet
Diamond Fusion Necklace

Infused Hive Wand 5 T6 Water

You need 5 LI runs and 3 hive classes for that.
You have over 600 in each element in defend (You asked for it)
You have 129 intelligence if you use it right
You have +7/4.

Skillpoints:

40/40/129/40/40 (if you can so get more agility)
