Warrior/Knight Idol Spell Spam Help

I've been out of the loop for a while, so I'd love it if I could get some pointers from some active build creators.
I have an Idol and I've been working towards putting together a build with a lot of Intel and Mana Regen. Basically, at least 147 Intel (reaches all minimum spell costs) and +20/4 MR (covers the entire mana bar). I'm not too attached to the 147 Intel, I'd be willing to make a sacrifice for something if I still had at least 129 Intel (mins out everything but Uppercut's cost). I wouldn't be too mad about +19/20 MR either, but I'd really like the 20. Within those restrictions, I'd like to achieve the highest spell damage possible.
I am fully aware that such a build would be squishy as all hell. I'm okay with that.

surprisingly not squishy and can put one extra intel point to hit 147
also you could hit much higher damage if you didn't overkill on mr so much but uh
just do whatever you want tbfh

basically, the deal is with the mana is that
-you have 20/4
-also a natural 5/4
-if you have a spell that costs, say, 2 mana and you have 2 mana, it won't let you cast the spell until you reach 3 mana
-warrior's spells aren't THAT spammable (uppercuts/warscream make you have to wait for a little bit)
-1 million int

you don't need nearly that much int (same goes with the other build), with idol i'd suggest ~10/4 mr

Ha, for once I might have topped everyone else. 19/4 mr, 13k uppercuts, squishy af. Although, Shots' first build is probably better because you can throw on a bunch of Concentration powder specials for extra damage without completely trash thunder defense.

I concur though - anything above 10/11 mr is overkill. by2011's build is probably the most practical.
