Generally, rares with no asterisks by any ids are best left to sell to the item buyer. There is not so much demand for such items.

Ah thank you. What do the asterisks besides the IDs mean?

    * means "Somewhat close to maxed stat"
** means "Very close to maxed stat"
    *** means "Maxed stat"

Though sometimes with lower ranges of stats (e.g. if a stat only ranged from 1-3 for instance), then stats with 3, might show up as *,**,and *** interchangeably. This can happen with somewhat larger ranges too, but it's not as common

    Nah, I remember it as
Item stats have a base roll. You calculate the min and max stats with base*0.3=min and base*1.3=max. Assuming base is 1, a roll of 1-1.3x on a stat results in 1 star, 1.2-1.3x or something on a stat results in 2 stars, and a roll off 1.3x results in 3 stars. However, thus also means that either *, **, or *** on a stat can all indicate that it is maxed
