Jeweling High stealing ring

I need a ring that dramatically increases my stealing because my 7% stealing makes boss fights very difficult.
I don't know how to craft anything, but the ingredient Stolen Pearls seems to be the best option

Can somebody make a recipe for a ring using stolen pearls and anything else?

Probably a better recipe out there but chucking 6 pearls works well enough and you won’t have to repair it for a while
