Archer/Hunter Grandmother (no Li)

Okay, so I know I just basically asked for a builds yesterday, but I didn't expect to get Grandmother today, and I definitely want to use it if possible

Requirements:

No LI items

The only other mythic I would be comfortable with including: Warchief (but I would still appreaciate to avoid it)

Below 200 negative health regen (Best would be positive health regen, but I dont want to have too high reqs.)
- My Grandmother has -448 health and -22%

Atleast 4/4mr (Best would be 8/4 so I could spam bombs better, but again, I dont want the build to be impossible to make)

I checked using a custom item to see if it would be below -200 hpr with your gma but it's at -218 (assuming you get perfect hpr gnirs) so I hope that doesn't bother you too much https://wynndata.tk/s/DAxj6b. The -hpr on gma is actually really useful since you can use it along with rage (the earth armor powder special) to get really good damage out of it, so I would recommend not worrying too much about the -hpr as long as it isn't too high (-300 ish or lower would probably be fine).

You don't really need gigabyte if you don't want. I just put in there because it's an all around great necklace (as well as providing hpr to try and hit your requirement).

As for the rage thing, all of the powders also have a powder special for armor, and the same rule applies that if you put 2 t4 or higher of the same elemental powders the special will be active. For example,

this would be if you put two t6 earth powders on anti-static. For every % of hp you're missing, your earth damage increases by 1%. You can powder for rage on multiple different pieces of your armor for the effect to stack up (for example, if you powdered for rage on all pieces of armor, you would get +4% earth damage instead of +1% per % of hp missing). The downsides of powdering for armor specials is that it will possibly cost more money to acquire said powders and it will lower a certain elemental defense in the process (such as how powdering your armor with earth powders lowers your air defense but does increase your earth defense). Usually though, unless powdering it with a load of the same powder, this decrease in that elemental defense isn't too noticeable.

 

So I could possibly put one T6 Earth and one T6 Air on the Anti-Static to block themselves out with the negative defenses?

 

You would need to put two t6 earth powders on anti-static for rage, but then you could put another t6 air to cancel it out yeah.

You could swap the gnirs to gold hydro rings for better mr (not diamond as it costs too much sp to use). You could also swap prowess to diamond fiber, gnir to intensity, and the other gnir to moon pool circlet, but that gets pretty sp tight (could swap to gold fiber instead so it's not as sp tight).
