here's a nice combo for an earth hybrid:
Gale's freedom, Tera, Galleon or GTG for short (wd link)

what makes this great:
the new tera with galleon gives up to 2*52% earth damage, along with tera's dexterity buffing your damage a bit further
these bring a lot of negative elemental defenses and spend a lot of your skill points. this is where gale's freedom comes in, fixing both thunder and air defenses and bringing you up to a decent amount of agility as well on an earth/thunder build with int

this 3 item combo is pretty much a complete build by itself so it lets you play around into all kinds of directions you may want to explore. with today's health changes, it even reaches 10k with just the three items
