Archer/Hunter Help For A Build

I'm looking for help with a build, as I have no idea where to start.

I want a build where I can take down enemies quickly, and also move quickly. I want a bow with a faster than "slow" attack speed.
I'm level 81.

 

Executor's Helmet
Screech
Crystal
Ventus Tail
accessories don't really matter, but try to get a Sinister and use one of the royal amulets

This has a ton of life steal, with mana steal, thunder and air damage to go along with it. Use Melee (right click) a lot to use life/mana steal.

 

Great! I've looked at it, and it seems to suit my needs. Even though the life steal wasn't in my request, I like it.
It would be great if you had accessories for it.
