    They can be pushed around sometimes, I'm not really sure what causes it, it might be caused by mob spells or projectiles.
    Does that room have ranged mobs?

    I do believe they can be pushed around; they cannot be destroyed; so they get pushed around by projectiles or players possibly.

    Toa Floor 3 Level 1 has no ranged mobs.
