Excavation Site B Glitch

A while ago, I encountered a glitch at level 46 where i tried to start the Wynn Excavation site B quest. The quest log says to talk to excavator Lykron, however when I speak to him he only says the default line of dialogue that appears when you are not a high enough level. Therefore, I decided to leave this quest and complete some others. I am now level 56, but I am unable to start the Wynn excavation site C quest because I require an item from the site B quest.
Is there any way you could fix this? It would be greatly appreciated.

Thats not a wynn screenshot, I believe thats hypixel, and yeah.

./fixquests to get the quest item back.

 

you need the crystal from site a to start site b

 

You'll need a yellow crystal tagged with "Quest Item" in order to start WynnExcavation Site B. If you don't have it, check your bank and any spare classes. If you still can't find it, type "/fixquests" on the class missing the crystal.

If all else fails, your crystal may be glitched and you will be unable to start the quest.
