Any Class Element Damage % Stack

I have heard a lot about melee builds that utilize element damage % to make extremely powerful melee builds. I would like to see which kinds of builds you can come up with! (this is just hypothetical so feel free to use mythics, hive, li, and whatever else you want!)

These are good, but the builds i'm looking for are like super slow but with very high damage per hit.

 

But actual gameplay wise those aren’t viable unless you are trying to beat through elemental defense which doesn’t happen. Fast attacking builds with DPS are far better.

 

YY had the small talk with @by2011 about this.
And found that even if its heavy melee, DPS is as same as the common fast melee builds if it includes 'Quake' (on long term)

Spoiler: Calculation

(DPS x 3 + Quake) / 8
(It requires about 8 sec to use powder special)

(Still it can't reach something too high things like Alka tier stack anyway)

rides a bit on taurus' raw melee but it still has 280% earth melee damage !!

 

Hey I just did this with Limbo (yay Static-Charged Leggings!)

And yeah tierstack is almost always superior to slow melee, exceptions in cases like Stinger and Rainmaker of course.
