    So I was at the end of Fantastic Voyage waiting for dxp to hand the quest in. I started walking around and got teleported to the first area with the caraven guy. Do I have to do all parts over to get to Relend? Since I cant acces him via abandoned mines

    Yeah, sadly you have to go through the whole quest again. There seems to be some weird bug with regions, don't know what's causing it.
