SPOILER Earth Quake Is Bugged

i had earth quake with 2 tier 4s it did 6.5k
now i have earth quake with 2 tier 6s
it says it does 415% damage (tier 4s did 245%) but it still does the same damage
sadly i cant get a proof but if you could test it on gm server and fix it please

its like leaf/dirt particles in a circle around u doing an earthquake noise and moving a little

if only it will actually do the 415% damage and deal 12k earth quakes

omfg mods respond i am tired of having all my builds suck due to bugs that take 5 months to fix
