Tried my hand at making a decently tanky divzer build after spending a few hours in call with someone, any thoughts on the viability?

looks good, will the durabily of the rings affcet anything?

 

Yes, the 4k hp is "fake" bc of the 1 dura. However, skill points dont change with dura.
