Any Class Help Dexterity/intelligence Build?

I was wondering, is a Dexterity/Intelligence build viable? My character is an assassin, but I was wondering about the combination in general.

The water powder lowers thunder defense, so I was assuming that they weren't designed to work together, but is this viable?

Dex/Int is a strong combination, generally thunder has high damage and intelligence compliments this with supreme spell capabilities. By combing them is usually a spell powerhouse. A good way to implement some survivability into a glassy build like this is to go water/thunder/air and use Steamjet Walkers. It has a huge +agility boost as well as thunder, water, air and % spell damage bonuses. Although it does have an agility requirement its a good choice to get some extra damage while gaining lots of agility. Although you will probably lose access to 129 intelligence. Hope this helps!
