Buying Depressing Items

I'm Drake21/Mage/Lvl.48 and I'd like to buy:

-Depressing bow
-Depressing shear

10 Emerald Block for each one!

they're worth at least a bit more than 10 eb but im not selling so whatevs

 

I have shears, but 10 EB is a bit too low for that rare items.

Not even rare items, I got 3 full sets within about an hour when I was getting leather for ToL.

 

Would it be possible if I could buy one depressing shovel from you? It's the only one I need for my quest.
I've tried farming at multiple places for half an hour each, but I got nothing from them. ;-;

 

Where'd you get 1-2 EB from?
