Shaman/Skyseer Crafted Hadal Build?

A while ago, I saw someone post a pretty op crafted pure build, and if you read the comments, it can get even better than the original one. So, thinking about this, I made this crafted hadal build that is pretty good, with 17k auras, 18k health, and over 150 durability on all pieces:

Anyway, it's probably not perfect, considering I'm using moontower to fill the intel requirement, which doesn't really let me reduce 3rd spell cost. This makes me wonder if 14 mr and 8 ms are enough sustenance for this kind of spellspam. Anyway, in addition to sharing this, I was wondering if anyone could figure out good ways to improve it. I'm going for a water/spell dmg spellspam. Also, I'd prefer not to go under 150 durability on anything, but if you find something that you think might be worth it, please let me know you went under 150.

EDIT: Also, as an added bonus, you can dual wield something like olympic with it cause I'm using moontower.
