I've been trying to fix this error for the past few days to no avail. It's only been a problem on the wynncraft server and has something to do with the connection. I know its been a problem since 1.20.5 and the error message is problably linked to many causes.
    I've tried the following things:

    1) Restarting the pc
    2) Downloading the latest java version
    3) Redownloading the minecrfat launcher
    4) Redownloading minecraft
    5) I've downloaded 5 different minecraft version ranging from 1.20.5 to 1.21.5.
    6) Changing DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.5.5
    7) Allowing evrything related to java/minecraft through the firewall
    8) Connecting with a hotspot from my phone to bypass the firewall.
    9) No VPN
    10) Did all sort of things on the internet in the cmd with ipconfig

Seems like the only sollution their is, is to wait for a newer minecraft version to come out and let them fix it.
    Anyone that has this problem???

    Minecraft:
I see. You downloaded the latest Java Edition, but did you actually launch Minecraft using the newest Java version?

You reinstalled Minecraft, but removing it from the Control Panel doesn't delete the ".minecraft" folder. Did you also delete the ".minecraft" folder manually?

Having five different Minecraft versions won't help with your server connection issue.

Changing your DNS settings won't fix it either.

Allowing everything through the firewall might help, but it's not a guaranteed solution.

Connecting via a hotspot is not a reliable way to solve this problem.

    No VPN, okay.

Running ipconfig won't solve any server connection issues.

My recommendation is to download Prism Launcher. It's an open-source Minecraft launcher for Java Edition. It helps players troubleshoot Minecraft-related problems. It's faster, better than the default launcher, and highly customizable. Prism Launcher might help you fix your Minecraft connection issue.
