Assassin/Ninja Concentration Abuse Nirvana?

Ok so I feel like this should have already been dome and probably sucks and/or I just haven't seen it. Anyway the idea I came up with is basically do a build with no Mana regen that relays on ARCANES and maybe SORCERY IDs to cast spells at really low mana while having waterpowder on all your gear.

You don't use mana with sorcery so I assume it doesn't work since concentration gets damage from used mana? Same for Nirvana but I'm not sure

 

Right but my thought was you have low or negeative mana so when you drain your mana to near zero you get a large damage buff from the water powders but can still cast spells bc of the no cost? I really want someone to help me out with this

 

From what I've heard, Concentration actually works based off of spells casted, not mana drained/used. Casting a spell will always count as 1 mana used, regardless of cost, so it ends up just being better to have high mana regen and low spell costs like a normal spellspam build, but with water powdered armor.

 

Ah this makes sense, very sad I thought I was being a genius for a bit xD
