    It means that it was a item that someone made the name for in a event that they hosted a bit ago they are doing another one right now.

    Not necessarily. During the *Gavel* hide 'n' seek, the winners got to create an item with Selvut. I'm pretty sure Follow the Wind and Ignition are examples of this.
