yes, the spell cost is really high, which makes it not as spellable as it could be.

yup, it'll nerf your damage pretty hard

 

you can change soulflare for discharge and fractured for draoi fair, that way you can focus your build on intel and generally mana usage reduction so you can quite spam abilities

however, your defenses will be pretty garbage and you'll be dying in 2-3 hits
