    henlo y'all
    I'm trying to make a thunder build but I got 5 Le so it is not going so hot
    luckily for me I have good items
    BUT
    I need a ring with a lot of mana, and not suppression.
    I know concentration is an option but just wondering if cheaper item is out there ( no moon pool circlet)
    And no I'm not gonna tell you my build
    It's so bad there's not point

    Summa x2 as long as you have regen. It's from the Geyser Pit Boss Altar.

    *Not to mention, it's free. (Only problem is negative health regen, though that's countered if you use Heph or the like.)

    They still do, though I wouldn't know how much they go for now.

    However, if you have enough intelligence, Diamond Hydro Necklace is always a better option, since it has 2/4 mr as well as 12 Intel.
