    Hi, I would like to buy any type of horse for a max of 32 EB, if u make a high price u may have to wait for me to get the emeralds...

    With 34EB you'll only be able to a brown, wait till level 34, do Stable story and you'll get a free horse plus the ability to buy your own. Horses aren't really necessary at low levels anyways, most quest/grinding area are around Detlas - Sister City, Grave digger, Flower quest ( forgot name , then theres Nemract a little bit down the road from Detlas with Lost tower, Mercenary, Mansion thing, etc you only need a horse for mid game travel, end game you can just scroll :3
