Mage/Dark Wizard Help Cheap/dirty Morrowind Build

I'm looking for what to do from here to beef up the build. I'm struggling with LI Solo, mostly because of randomly getting hit with charges etc and getting flat out one shot. I have a few of the items slotted to give me 110 int, so I can offhand Nepta for a few of the battles to abuse water weaknesses or work around air defenses.

Thoughts?

 

i'm not good with air builds, but maybe try something like this
if you're getting stuck on orange cybel, you might just want to consider changing your skill points up to use heph for some actual defenses in that fight

This is just par for the course in LI. Swap your chestplate to Conduit of Spirit, the extra mana regen will help.

 

Cheap build he says. Has toe and unravel which are not particularly cheap. But good build overall though there could be some optimization.
