Change Guild Prefxes.

Now, with 1.20 coming out, theres now a total of 6 ranks, recruit, recruiter, captain, strategist, chief, and owner. I think that instead of adding like 10 stars, here's a a few better ideas:

A: Use characters to symbolize ranks
On the stats page, there are symbols like ♖, ♕, and so on. Those could be used to symbolize ranks.
Pros: Small, doesn't take up too much chat space, and is nice.
Cons: Hard to tell which rank is higher

B: Use small and big stars in tandem
Instead of using a bunch of small stars, it would go <none>, ⭒, ⭒⭒, ✩, ✩✩, ♔✩✩
Pros: Looks much batter than the current system
Cons: Could get messy and make guild chat look weird

C: Keep the stars, but let guilds set their own prefixes
This one is pretty straight forward, a command would allow guild leaders to paste in their own prefixes. Could be useful to guilds with custom ranks, or simply don't like the star spam.
Pros: Helps guild leaders and such
Cons: Probably a pain to implement, and I don't think enough people will use it to make it wothwhile

I like option C. I think it'd be a nice feature that community-oriented guilds could put to use, too, especially since the guild content in 1.20 doesn't have much to offer outside of the new war and trade route system.
