Can't Change Classes?

    After I logged in, I found that i can't use /class any more. The only reply which the server gave me is 'You can't use commands right now', I tried to relog but nothing was different. Then i toggled the auto join feature and I was teleported to a floating stone-made room which has a key collector in it (-0, 0, 0), I can only use /hub there so I'm stucked there and can't play.
    Can anyone tell me what's wrong? :(
