Hello, someone whispered to me that somewheres a Button to skip the Paypal registration can anyone tell me where i can find it? Thank you in advance. Sorry if my english isn´t so good i learn it in school but my homeland is Germany

As far as I know, you cannot skip PayPal, however, PayPal does accept PaySafeCard as a payment method. This is directly from the PayPal community help forum. You will need to create a PayPal account and then link your PaySafeCard to your PayPal account.

I've seen a lot of sites that claim to exchange PaySafeCard into PayPal accounts, however, I don't know anything about them, so I can't say one way or the other if they are legitimate or not.
