Builds?

    I am currently a level 69 warrior and am seeing people talking and what "builds" they are and asking me what build i am using.

    -What are people refering to when they say build like skill points, armor, ect.
    -does anyone have any suggestions on what "build" i should be using i am still slightly confused by skill points so this would be very appreciated :)

    1) builds used to be only skill points as the endgame gear was obsolete, now (gavel) it refers to skill points armor weapon and accessories.
    2) no idea
