Building Challenge! #20oddfloorschallenge

I've just come up with a building challenge that i've created that i'm going to attempt and share with all of you and challenge you to do it! I have called this challenge the #20OddFloorsChalenge because why not!

Rules:
1-Build a ONE-floored medium sized house with at least 6 exterior walls. The more the better!
2-After this continually add floors until you have exactly 20 floors including a basement and ground floor.
3-The floors ground level has to be at least 2 blocks separate from the below floors level for it to count as a floor.
4-The floors ground and ceiling cannot have a repeating pattern of difference. eg. 4 blocks of air per floors isnt allowed.
5-There has to be 3 seperate ways to get from floors 1-8 8-14 and 14-20.
6- No redstone elevators.
7- The house must have a: Crafting room, Storage room, Bedroom and Kitchen
8- The house needs to have at least 2 windows on all rooms.
9- Floors can't be within 2 blocks from each other.
