Bug?

So, around Cinfras County, I was traveling around and stuff. Suddenly, messages started filling up the chat. Well, it was more like 3 messages. But it said," Unable to locate sign at ~~, ~~, ~~." I saw this and was like, bug? I was too lazy to post, so I decided to ignore it. After a few days, it happened again. I decided to ignore this again. Until now, I have successfully ignored it. But what triggered it? On the wiki, I was scrolling through the Version Histroy, cuz I was bored(don't judge me on that :p). So I scrolled all the way down, looking at each update. One update, 1.10 particularly, captured my attention. On the Gameplay fixes section, it said,"Fixed random "Unable to locate sign" messages." Don't believe me?
