Assassin/Ninja Help Black Build

Title says it all, I'm looking for a build for my Black. The ids are 5/4ms and -4/4mr but maxed thunder, fire, and spell damages. So far ive not been able to get anything past 9.5k spins without giving up all mana or defenses so I was looking for a bit of help there.

I got so many items laying around idc much for budget just no mythics.

I want this build to have reasonable intel and be viable in pvp and pve.

This build no doubt triggers many people, but it works pretty well if you can get good enough items.

 

oh....OHHH I like the damages on this.
any alts for atlas simply due to the price of it? (only item I don't have)

 

Atlas is pretty essential for the low attack speed. If you want mana steal, use dia hydro brace, if you want low attack speed, use momentum.

Black without Atlas... eh. Your best bet is to hunt yourself for a 2/4.

 

I like both I guess ill just see what items I can find and go from there.
