Any Class Best Meme Build?

I thought of this and I don’t even know if it is legal but what if you got a meme build that has an insane amount of life steal and health regen so you can just do guild wars and just sit there and do nothing but the mobs die. Any suggestions?

If anything works, this raw health + health regen slap cactus with >37K health and 80.8% less damage taken and 68.7% dodge chance and all HP regained in 12 seconds will work.

Not sure if all enemies will be able to out-damage their own regen though. I also don't think thorns/reflection proc do anything if you don't take damage due to elemental defense or agility proccing. So I don't think this'll work. But if anything, this should.
