Archer/Hunter Help Az Build

I have just gotten an az at tol (op asf) it has like 7 or 9% thunder damage 11% fire damage, I'm a lvl 71 and is farming like hell to use this.
Can u please list down the armor and minimun id's and what skill points to use

I can tell you my level 80 plus build.
Helmet spectre with at least 20 percent spell damage and 10 percent thunder damage seafarer with 3/4 mana regeneration crystal with at least 2/4 mana regeneration venture tail with max thunder damage which is 15 percent. For rings i use raindrop with max mana regeneration the other ring is whatever you want squid anklet and royal thunder necklace. Put the minimum requirement for seafarer and crystal put the rest in dexterity

 

Bump 10char, more opinions for this
Also pls make items with the lvl of 75 or below
