Assassin/Ninja Help Assassin Endgame Build

So, due to my build being outright terrible (plus outright boring.) I am now here to ask for some help. I have never done a good build that isn't the meta, so I require some assistance. Alright lets get started.

What I am looking for
-A damaging build that can take a hit.
-A good amount of LS.
-Decent WS, but I can deal with slowness. This isn't required.
-Enough Int so I can spam Spells.

What are my limitations
-I have no Mythics
-I don't have many Legends.
-I have terrible IDs
-I currently have only half a stack
-Dealing with another class at the moment so resources are slim.
-I have NO Tier 5s or 6s
-I have not done LI or Qira

Hopefully this helps in a how to make a build. Reason why I am avoiding the meta are my own personal reasons and those reasons I wish to stay personal. I will not answer why. Besides this, I understand this may be difficult but I do hope you can help me.

finish qira, having a master hive token makes it much easier to make a build

Just ask friends/guildmembers or just hire ppl

 

Here are some problems
Friends: We have attempted but we cannot get through without encountering multiple problems. This is our 20th try on doing this by helping me, but something always arises.
Guild Members: Nice people, I wish to ask but I feel rude if doing so.
Hire: People don't do things for free usually with me. I tend to get stuck with someone who just is in it for the money. Or will help but wont finish it because we get separated or someone gets bored and everyone else follows.

Assassins cant fight Qira too effectively due to her annoyance. But it is all still possible, but not with the build I am currently using. Plus I am currently on the Earth Tier, Floor 5

 

Hire a guy called 'Glenncrafter' he is helping ppl if they dance for him
