Go to Shaman Inerkei(you should see him when you enter Dernel in the Jungle Village entrance, just follow the path). The Aseado Leaf is in the huge cave behind him.

For those who still didnt find it i fount it randomly its a cave with come kind of small zoombies himding assasin weapons go in that cave its in the end

 

I'm currently doing the quest with my level 68 mage, 5800 health
I've died twice within twenty minutes of trying to find it.
