Archer Build Help

As now reaching the higher levels I want to start working out my build. I was hoping for a archer air thunder water build. I was planing on using Az which I don't have and a third eye but then I realised I suck at making builds and have no idea what I'm doing

If someone has a build like this can you teach me your ways.... And if this is in the wrong place I'm sorry

I will say maelstrom is one of the better bows in the game and fits you pefectly, if you are trying to use another to match your level, level isnt everything, i got a class to 97 with the olux weapon today.
