Any Class Help Archer And Mage

Alright so my Assassin isn't outright terrible. So that is good. Much less can be said about my Archer and Mage. Warrior is already set to be a tank or full on attacker. Either way, the two classes who need build are Archer and Mage.

So let's go over what I am looking for...

Archer:
-Great Damage
-Sustainability
-Good Mana Regen
-LS (don't have to be included I just find it hilariously fun)

Mage:
-Decent Damage (if possible great)
-Great Mana Regen
-Can Take A Hit (again, if not possible them don't add it)
-Can Heal Well
-Ain't A Wuss

Limits:
-No Mythics, I Don't Have One Do I Have Money For Them
-Doesn't Require Doing Hive More Than 3 Times.
-Can Have At Most One Item From LI
-Can Be A Meme (no judgement there)

This is all I have, sorry if the limits are problematic, I have taken some suggestions from my last one for my Assassin. I can give what my Archer's Current build when I have true access to it.

Diamond LI run, 2 Hive runs (for the other Moon Pool), plenty of damage and HP, no -regen, only -air def, kinda okay water and earth def, great fire and thunder def, 8/4 mr, 4/4 ms, slow attack speed, 11.78k avg bomb arrows and 10.36 avg arrow shield.
