Account problems

So I was playing on WynnCraft earlier today on my assassin and I was in the Time Valley. The game lagged a little and now I am stuck in that specific area of Time Valley, where the broken down temple/church is, and I cant die (because there are no enemies to attack me (none are spawning)). Also I am unable to leave this area for whatever reason because all the bridges and river banks are blocked off by what I can only describe as invisible walls. Please if there is anything I can do tell me or if there is a mod can you please help me to fix this issue.
