1. Will it synergize with Trift? (basically will it cast the randomized spell twice)
2. Does madness include powder specials?

 

I'm not sure if it works with Time Rift, but Pandaemonium does include powder specials, as well as each classes' melee attack.

If you meant the fact the fact that it can trigger melee attacks, yes. Madness "casts a random ability every 3 seconds." This includes spells, powder specials, and the basic melee attack from each class. This means you can randomly shoot single arrows, do a warrior or assassin attack, or shoot out the beams from mage or shaman, as well as summoning curse or using quake or any of the spells from the five classes.
