A Grave Mistake Broken?

I have been doing a new playthrough and when I get towards the end of the quest "A Grave Mistake" I get stuck in a black box with no way out. Right after going in the big door, I am teleported there and have to /kill to get out and reset. I have attemped switching worlds and logging off and logging back in, which doesnt help, that just puts me through the floor and I fall out of the world and die. Is this a bug or am I missing something in the quest? I couldnt find anything about it online, so I assume it is just broken. I have seen other players stuck in the box with me so I know it isnt just a problem that I am having, but many others are having too. Is there a way to fix this or do I just need to come back to this quest after an update or someting?
